The feasibility study for research and innovation efficiency assessment under specific conditions and needs of public economics using artificial intelligence techniques

Within the project the model and the software package are developed for a learning, self-adjustment information and analytical system that allows operating with large amounts of data and can perform a differentiated evaluation of the efficiency of scientific and technical solutions and technologies, depending on the likelihood of their feasibility under initial data incompleteness. The decision support system is implemented on the basis of artificial intelligence methods.
