Development of the method for the calculation of magnetic interactions in strongly correlated metals

项目: Award Project

项目详细信息

Description

The aim of the Project is maximally realistic modeling of magnetic interactions in bulk metals. It would be based on first principles calculations of numerical quantum physics, and on the modern model approaches, developed in terms of the dynamical mean-field theory. Novelty of the presented calculations is proofed by rigorous account of the dynamical Coulomb correlations, chemical bonding, thermal effects and distinctive features of crystal lattice during analysis of the metal-metal exchange interactions forming. Furthermore, the spin stiffness constant, known to be available in experiments, would be theoretically estimated. The results of investigation would be published in reviewing scientific journals with high impact-factor.
