摘要
In the article are displayed the estimating results of effectiveness of the usage of the doubled means of alerting a fire emergency in objects of railway transport infrastructure proposed from the authors. The reaction time of the workers of JSC Russian Railways to an emergency fire alert through different means of alerting according to the natural observations of their evacuation is defined. On the basis of the chosen mathematical model of making a decision for an evacuation beginning the emergency fire alerting effectiveness depending on the means of alerting in comparison with the standard values is assessed. Simulation of evacuation process showed that the application of the redundant method of alerting on objects of railway transport infrastructure allows to reduce not only start time but also the total time of evacuation of people during fire.
