摘要
The article describes the evolution of ideas about the composition and structure of the national wealth and natural capital as part of the national wealth. Different views on the valuation of natural goods as components of natural capital are presented. Possible approaches to solving the problem of accounting of natural resources and environment of the national wealth are specified.
