摘要

This paper covers studies market of recycling garnet after waterjet cutting. Industrial quality garnet is a limited natural resource. Was found, waterjet abrasive recycling to be most successful for companies using large volumes of abrasive who could recoup their investment in a short period of time, 12-14 month. According to the forecasts considerable growth reused garnet in operations waterjet cutting up to 15-40%. The introduction of Abrasive Recycling System will result to further reducing costs about 60%. The abrasive particles can be five recycling cycles. The profit had increased on 20-38%. Recycling centers provide companies with a cost-effective and environmentally responsible option for discarding their used garnet, typical (waterjet cutting, wet blasting) and developing applications for the finer grades of garnet. Output recycling garnet on the modern installation at the rate year of 12000 t is estimated. The technology of electromass-classification represents new class ecological technical for mechanical recuperation abrasive materials. Experimental batches of abrasives for industrial use in the operations of abrasive water jet cutting and jet abrasive processing were obtained. Industrial tests of the obtained sand samples of 80 and 120 mesh fractions were carried out on the production areas of abrasive water jet cutting.
