Изучение политической культуры государственных гражданских и муниципальных служащих в современной России с социологических позиций: постановка проблемы

During the construction of a new society - the knowledge society - the requirements for the state, for state civil and municipal employees in all spheres of interaction, including political ones, are changing. Today there is a public need for representatives of power structures in modern Russia to become a model for the rest of the population in the field of political interactions. However, sociological studies show that their values and norms are still partially consistent with industrial society. The article raises the question of studying the political culture of state civil servants and municipal employees in the position of sociology. The advantages of sociological study of this problem are considered.
