ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА КАК КОРРЕЛЯТЫ ГОТОВНОСТИ К МОБИЛЬНОМУ ПОВЕДЕНИЮ В ПОЖИЛОМ ВОЗРАСТЕ (В КОНТЕКСТЕ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЗАНЯТОСТИ)

The article is devoted to the problem of search and justification of personal determinants of human activity in old age, preservation of professional health and psychological well-being. As such a determinant, we study personal mobility - an integrative quality based on individual characteristics and manifested in the behavior and activities of the subject. The purpose of this work is to study the character of relationship of mobility as an individual characteristics and readiness for mobile behavior in old age in the context of professional employment. The empirical study involved 141 people aged 50 to 79 years, divided into three comparison groups: non-working pensioners, working pensioners, working persons of pre-retirement age. The following methods were used: questionnaire of formal-dynamic characteristics of individuality (V.M. Rusalov), the author's questionnaire "Readiness for mastering age-related changes" (N.S. Glukhanyuk and T.B. Sergeeva). Spearman correlation analysis was used as the main statistical method. The subject of the analysis of the empirical data was the relationship between the formal-dynamic characteristics of individuality, on the one hand, and indicators of readiness for mastering of age-related changes - on the other. The results of the empirical study confirmed that there is a relationship between the two levels of personal mobility - individual characteristics and readiness for mobile behavior - mediated by the period of late adulthood and the type of professional employment. In the pre-retirement age low level of activity and endurance stimulates the awareness of advancing age and temporal changes. Pensioners who have completed their professional activities are more aware of age-related changes against the background of low intellectual activity and high emotionality. Pensioners who have retained professional employment are ready to calmly perceive age-related changes with high activity, plasticity, endurance and low emotionality. The study continues in the direction of expanding the analyzed parameters of readiness for mobile behavior, taking into account a number of socio-professional characteristics of the environment.
