Designing the course and, in particular, streamlining the training material, is part of the design of the learning process. In addition, the recently developed electronic training resources require the formalization of educational content and its clear structuring. The result of numerous studies on this topic is a more detailed and technological approach to the issue. Despite the difference between the proposed approaches and the detailed elaboration of some of the models, the study of the links between parts of the structures remains insufficient. At the same time, the problem of classifying the types of links and the corresponding types of structures and also the task of creating a sufficiently detailed course map or some educational system with a given type of links is topical. Various examples of the structuring of training courses and various types of links between the components of the relevant structures are examined and classified in the work. In this article, we determine the structure of the content of the training course and the logical connections between its parts. In the context of creating a mathematical course, special attention is paid to the study of type-theoretical relationships. As an example, the experience of constructing the logical structure of the course "Discrete Mathematics" with the establishment of connections of the theory-model type is described. The proposed visual representation in the form of a graph of the logical structure of the course enhances the quality of mastering the educational material and provides the opportunity to select various educational trajectories. Tracking of logical connections such as theory-model forms in students the ability to generalize and create an integral picture of knowledge.
