"In the article the authors present ways of the contemporary approaches ’ adaptation in the sphere of projects ’ management to features of building investment projects ’ realization. Besides, together with methodological features typical for Project Management as certain defining of goals and work outcomes; defining centres of responsibility and distribution of authorities; creation of the system of works planning and projects ’parameters (time-frames, quality and price) taking into account acceptable risks; creation of communications and documents circulation systems; creation of the system of continuing monitoring of projects ’progress and regulation of works ’process; formation of teams and organization of efficient work, the authors pay attention to project-budget documents as a basic source of information concerning natural and price characteristics of an investment project realized in building. Besides, the paper provides a principled scheme of these projects ’ realization management system where the key role is performed by project office decomposed according to sizes and quantity of projects to corporate project office, project office at the level of separated departments and office of separated project. In the conclusion the authors underline a reasonability of this system ’s application in the modern conditions of developer business."
