摘要

Phase transformations in the crystallization process and subsequent heat and deformation phenomena under the influence of different mechanical loads in welded joints were studied. For welding a powder wire based on Fe-C-Cr matrix was used. The weld structure consists of metastable austenite, δ-ferrite and high-strength carbon chromium martensite. Test results of weldability, abrasive wear resistance, the formation of the stressed state and results of metallographic, electron microscopic and X-ray diffraction studies were analyzed. The welded joints have a intensive hardening ability at local deformation due to the TRIP effect.
