The article presents the results of a study of emotional burnout in students of various forms of learning, combining work and study. The aim of the study was to develop a system of pedagogical support for working students. Psychodiagnostic tools and semi-structured interviews were used as research methods. The results of an empirical study allowed the authors to formulate proposals for the pedagogical support of students combining work and study.
