SUBSTANCE: invention relates to periodic tube rolling and can be used in drives for movement of mill stands,in particular tube cold-rolling mill stands. Tube cold-rolling millstand drive comprises engine (1), crank (2) fixed on one side on the vertical shaft of engine (1) and equipped with pins (3) and (4) located on its end and articulating crank (2) with tie rod (6). Cartridge (7) of the millis installed with possibility of back-and-forth movement under action of rigidly connected tie rod (6). High reliability of the drive is provided by the fact, that weight balancing load (8) equipped with through hole (9), is installed in guides (10) with possibility of transverse movement relative to the rolling axis, tie rod (6), crank (2) and slider (5) are installed with possibility of free passage through hole (9) of weight balancing load (8), slider (5) is installed with possibility of backand-forth movement on guides (11) along the rolling axis and is equipped with hole (12) for rolled product (13).
