The study included follow groups: patients with pre-eclampsia, examined during the third trimester, patients with pre-eclampsia, examined during the first day after labor, patients with hemorrhage during labor above 10-15% of a blood volume without and with hemorrhagic shock. Control group - 24 healthy women. ^mparison group - patients with normal labor. Levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNFa, C-reactivity protein, cortisol, myoglobin, troponin I, D-dimers were measured in plasma. On the basis of these markers we calculated, using our own procedure, integrated criterion - scale of SI, ranging 0 to 9. SI was diagnosed only in patients with hemorrhagic shock (76.9%). MODS (50%) and lethal outcomes (29.6%) were detected only in this group too. Meanwhile, SI developed in 100% dead persons and in 84,6% MODS-patients. Pre-eclampsia was attended an increased levels of proinflammatory cytokines and CRP (as systemic inflammatory reaction manifestation), but not other phenomena and SI in whole. The hemorrhagic shock is a damage factor, caused SI development. SI determines state severity, probability of MODS and lethal outcomes.
