УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ВНУТРЕННИМ ТРАНСАКЦИОННЫМ СЕКТОРОМ КРУПНЫХ ИНТЕГРИРОВАННЫХ СТРУКТУР

The article deals with the main sectors of the internal environment of large integrated structures. The author presented the composition of the intracompany transaction sector based on the systematization and compilation of the results of foreign and Russian studies. Two classifications of functional activities of transaction workers of the integrated structure are provided. The author developed a matrix of corporate management of transaction sector, which contains information on the results of management impacts that occur at each stage of the management process. It was concluded that the construction of an integrated management system for the transaction sector is one of the mechanisms that increase the efficiency of the integrated structure. The article can be useful for the scientific community and specialists interested in the development of corporate management system. The author plans to study and improve the theoretical aspects of the valuation of the intracompany transaction sector in the context of functional areas of activity.
