УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПОТОКАМИ НЕФОРМАЛИЗОВАННОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИИ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОГО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

A graphical-analytical method of optimization of non-formalized information flows at an industrial enterprise is put forward in the present article. This method helps to single out the generators of information capacity (specialists and managers responsible for information increment), reserves for the increase of efficiency while using non-formalized information circulating within an enterprise and directions and causes of information loss. Non-formalized flows are such flows of information which do not have regular directions and stable volumes and are opposed to formalized flows which are characteristic for major business-processes at an industrial enterprise. It is thus suggested in the article to treat non-formalized flows as one of the sources of strategic competitive advantages formation and a factor enhancing company sustainability.
