ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ И ФИНАНСОВЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ В УПРАВЛЕНИИ ПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ПОПУЛЯЦИЕЙ ДИКОГО СЕВЕРНОГО ОЛЕНЯ И СРЕДОЙ ЕГО ОБИТАНИЯ

Importance The article deals with the issues of management of such specific resources as wild reindeer and its habitat.
Objectives The article aims to address the problem of formation of a system of management of environment resources in the Arctic region. The urgency of the problem is due to the increasing efforts of many countries in the industrial development of the Arctic zone.
Methods For the study, we used graphic models that show the market functioning of the product, which carries a disutility to consumers.
Results The article assesses the possibilities of managing the use of bioresources such as the Taymyr wild reindeer and its habitat, and it proposes a methodology for improving the use of environmental resources.
Conclusions Conservation and natural reproduction of environmental resources, in particular the unique herd of wild reindeer, is one of the areas of conservation of biological diversity. The preservation of the reindeer population requires significant changes in the system of relations regarding the protection of its habitat.
