Master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of technological innovations in the banking sector. The aim of the study is to develop technological improvements of customer services and to assess the economic efficiency of their practical implementation in JSC "Alfa-Bank". The paper concludes that the introduction of digital technologies in banking services can reduce operating costs and improve the quality of customer service. The paper actualizes that the implementation of artificial intelligence and robotic systems is a long-term trend in the development of the banking sector.
